Delivery Times |
Standard orders are shipped within 3-5 business days,
(Monday through Friday, not including holidays) pending credit card authorization and verification.
All items will be shipped UPS with tracking number.
Within the United States, shipping takes approximately 3-5 days
using UPS.
If you have ordered an item that is not available or that is delayed, we will notify you of the situation via email. |
Return / Exchange Policy

We will be glad to make an exchange or credit your credit card account for any items you are not completely satisfied with. You have 30 days to return the item for a full refund minus shipping.
For any returned items, you are responsible for their safe arrival to Donna Asch Designs. For this reason, we highly recommend that you get a tracking number and buy shipping insurance, in case the product gets lost in transit. Both of these services are available from the Post Office as well as from other shipping companies.
We also recommend that you keep all of your shipping paperwork until your card is credited for the return.
